This Terms of Service document deals with the Website and it's content. Legal information about Taco Widgets Software and Source Code can be found in our End User License Agreement.
WEBSITE TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WEBSITE
The Taco Widgets Website (including all files under the domain "tacowidgets.com", herein referred to as 'the Website') is built and maintained by Taco Widgets. The Website is provided "AS IS" with no guarantees to its accuracy, usability, and/or timely updating. The Website is provided as a courtesy for the express purpose of: a) distributing internet content related to Taco Widgets; b) providing news and other information about Taco Widgets and anything else concerning the website; c) support for Taco Widgets content; d) contacting administration, and e) providing users a way to express their opinion on relevant topics to Taco Widgets administration and/or other users in the weblog comments in an appropriate manner. Any user is permitted to use/access the Website for these and only these purposes. Any other use of the Website is prohibited. Taco Widgets administration will be the sole judge of whether or not the Website is being used for these, and only these purposes. Any person is permitted to access the source code, as their browser shows it, from the Website, and use it in their own applications, provided due credit is given in advance. Taco Widgets reserves the right to modify, remove, move, or in any way change the Website at any time, for any reason, without notification.
2. COMPATIBILITY
The Website is built to be compatible with the W3C (http://www.w3.org) XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript standards, however Taco Widgets does not guarantee that the Website will pass any validation tests on the W3C website. Taco Widgets is obligated to make the website compliant with Gecko and KHTML/Web Core based browsers so that the Website can be viewed correctly with little or no rendering problems; However, Taco Widgets is not obligated to solve incompatibility issues with non-Gecko and KHTML/Web Core-based browsers.
3. CONTENT
Internet content, which is posted on Taco Widgets, must be, directly or indirectly, related to the Website. Files uploaded to the Website must be "clean", meaning that they do not contain potentially harmful or destructive data for the related application or system. Files that may contain potentially harmful or destructive data must provide clear warning, prior to downloading, on the file's respective download page. Taco Widgets is not responsible for any damage to a user's hardware or software, unless failure to address potential damage took place upon downloading.
4. DOWNLOADS
Some downloads on Taco Widgets have a 'Read Me' file. Users are to read the Read Me, understand it, and agree to it before downloading/using any file that has a Read Me. Files that have a Read Me have a clearly visible link to it, and an instruction to read it under their 'Download' button/link.
5. BLOG
Taco Widgets uses a weblog (or blog) to address news, or any information concerning Taco Widgets, to users. This weblog is maintained expressly for the purpose of providing information about Taco Widgets to users and/or allowing users to express their opinions on relevant topics to Taco Widgets administration and/or other users in the provided Comments section of the blog; any other use is prohibited. Taco Widgets administration is solely responsible for filtering out content not concerning Taco Widgets and reserves the right to modify, censor, and/or remove any comments for any reason at any time. Taco Widgets reserves the right to require and/or exclude any and/or all parameters and/or fields when comments are submitted with or without exceptions. Taco Widgets cannot be held responsible for any user comments posted on the blog.
6. BANNING
Taco Widgets reserves the right to ban any IP address from any part of the Website at any time for any reason, without contacting or warning the person(s) who will be banned.
7. CONTACT
Taco Widgets provides its email form as a courtesy for the express purpose of contacting Taco Widgets administration about a) content posted on the website; b) The weblog (and anything else concerning the blog); c) problems in the site and/or Taco Widgets content; d) questions about Taco Widgets, the website, or Taco Widgets content, and/or e) any other purposes that Taco Widgets administration deems acceptable. Taco Widgets administration will be the sole judge of what is acceptable purpose for contact. Any contact for any purposes other than purpose listed here is prohibited. Taco Widgets reserves the right to require and/or exclude any and/or all parameters and/or fields when the email form is submitted with or without exceptions. Taco Widgets reserves the right to refuse any messages, from any persons, at any time, for any reason, without notification.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
All other rights that have not been addressed herein are reserved by the authors. By using/accessing the Taco Widgets Website you certify that you have read, you understand, and you agree to all terms and conditions listed above and agree to follow them at all times. Taco Widgets reserves the right to update the Terms of Use at any time, for any reason, without the notification of users of the website.
